Grandmothers Danish chocolate cake


This cake reminds me of my childhood. Its a thin, chocolate explosive, and slightly under baked, making it sticky and luscious. it will guaranteed for fill any chocolate craving you may have.

2 eggs
3dl sugar (I used 1 dl muscavado sugar 1 dl agave syrup, the agave is sweeter than sugar)
1,5 tsp vanilla sugar
1 pinch salt

4 tbsp cacao poweder
1,5 dl flour (unbleached white)
100 gram melted - cooled butter


Set your oven to 160 degrees C, 320 F. Mix the first ingredients, eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt for 3 min. Meanwhile melt your butter and transfer to a bowl to cool. Once the butter is cooled, mix with the flour and cacao. Then add this to the egg mix. Grease your cake pan. Bake for 20-30min, the cake must to liquid in the middle, while the edges and the outer layer should be firm.
