2 1/2 flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla sugar
2/3 walnuts
2/3 chopped almonds
75 grams butter
1 egg
1/2 dl whipped cream
- Pre-heat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
- Mix the flour, salt, baking powder and vanilla sugar to a bowl.
- Add the nuts
- Melt the butter in a thick bottomed pan, add the sugar when the butter has melted. Stir, continuously.
- Take off the sugar, butter mix form the heat, add the egg & cream.
- Add the butter mix to the dry ingredients. Mix.
- Add the dough to a pan lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 20min. Allow to cool and harden, as when they come out of the oven they will be very doughy.
