Dinner for 2 or starter for 4
8 sardine filets
1 tbsp olive oil
salt&peper
Gremolata
1 lemon zest
juice from 1/2 lemon
2dl flat parsley
1 garlic clove
- Fry the sardines in olive oil, 2-3 min on each side.
- Wash lemon. Grate lemon zest and juice the lemon.
- Add the parsley, garlic, lemon zest & juice to a blender. Or if you don't have a blender, chop the parsley, mince the garlic, add the lemon zest & juice. Mix.
- Place the sardines on a plate and drizzle the gremolata on top.
